Base Salary
$158k - $238k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy fullstack features that drive member growth and onboarding.
- Architect and extend secure, scalable Golang and Postgres backend services for substantial volume growth.
- Build high-performance React Native experiences for booking visits and following care plans.
- Design scalable and maintainable APIs and data models using REST or gRPC.
- Write clean, well-tested code, conduct code reviews, and reduce technical debt.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and teammates to develop 0-to-1 product capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship, full-time professional software development experience.
- Strong practical coding skills across web, mobile, and backend development, with experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable APIs and data models.
- Preferred familiarity with React Native, React, Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, GraphQL, Docker, Golang, AWS, Postgres, Temporal, and gRPC.
- Preferred proficiency with AI-assisted development such as Claude Code.
- Preferred experience in rapid-growth environments, 0-to-1 product development, healthcare, insurance technology, or highly compliant industries.
- Interest in collaborating in a fast-paced environment and supporting Hinge Health’s mission.
