Responsibilities
- Define requirements and design applications that meet business and application needs.
- Design and develop custom integrations and applications using Workday Studio.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Workday environments.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make team decisions.
- Lead process improvements and coordinate cross-functional project alignment.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio is mandatory.
- Experience designing and developing custom Workday integrations and applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in Workday environments.
- Familiarity with Workday web services and integration frameworks.
- Workday-related certification for the primary skill is mandatory.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
