Responsibilities
- Partner with business leadership to understand challenges, product opportunities, customer needs, and operational friction.
- Translate ambiguous business and product needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and iterate on web, mobile, backend, API, database, and integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain React.js and React Native applications.
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms, partners, and external services.
- Own technical decisions while balancing delivery speed, reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Contribute to platform architecture and overall technical health.
- Support cloud infrastructure, deployments, application performance, and production troubleshooting.
- Automate internal and operational processes through technology and integrations.
- Use AI-powered development tools and modern engineering practices to improve productivity and delivery velocity.
- Iterate on solutions using real-world usage, customer feedback, and evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 5+ years building full-stack or end-to-end software solutions.
- Strong production experience with React.js for web applications and React Native for mobile applications.
- Experience building backend services, APIs, databases, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases, including data modeling, performance, and optimization.
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments and production software delivery practices.
- Experience with deployments, monitoring, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience working in startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments with broad technical ownership.
- Ability to independently take business or product problems from concept through design, implementation, deployment, and iteration.
- Strong technical judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills, ownership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered coding and development tools to improve development, testing, debugging, and delivery workflows.
