Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Contribute to backend development for a new team addressing unmet operator needs.
- Design and implement architecture for key features in the New Venture.
- Understand operator needs and contribute to business strategy.
- Collaborate with New Ventures Leads to launch an MVP and ensure scalable adoption.
- Deliver high-quality code across diverse codebases within timelines.
- Demonstrate ownership in all aspects of development.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance development workflows and foster innovation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Kotlin (preferred) or Java.
- Significant technical impact experience on previous teams.
- Experience in 0 to 1 builds.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale distributed systems in production.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, asynchronous messaging, and event-driven architecture.
- Ability to deliver clean, maintainable, and resilient code.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in communicating technical designs within a team.
