Responsibilities
- Design and develop front-end and back-end features for healthcare SaaS workflows.
- Evaluate tools, frameworks, and architectural approaches for maintainable solutions.
- Write clean, testable, and documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Improve software design, testing, and delivery practices.
- Collaborate with teammates and senior developers through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Own assigned work, meet commitments, and proactively resolve blockers.
Requirements
- College or university degree in software development or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of software architecture and cloud infrastructure using platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of .NET application development and architecture, with C# experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Experience with ML/LLM frameworks using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Understanding of security best practices and strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
- Healthcare industry knowledge is an asset.
- Must reside in the province of Quebec.
