Responsibilities
- Plan and execute continuous integration and deployment pipelines across the application lifecycle.
- Manage IT infrastructure and configure, customize, and onboard applications on DevOps tools.
- Create user-access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Collaborate with developers on coding and scripting needed to connect applications, operating systems, and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment processes in a DevOps environment.
- Provide support for DevOps tools across multiple platforms and resolve customer tickets within specified turnaround times.
- Troubleshoot critical and recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and follow escalation procedures when necessary.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Experience with DevOps integration, deployment, infrastructure management, monitoring, automation, and customer support.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting for software releases and production infrastructure.
