Responsibilities

Demonstrate knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9 solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition.
Resolve customer issues, ensure accurate data loads, validate end-to-end workflows, and support solution usability and uptime.
Identify design issues and coordinate with o9 consultants to solve business problems.
Serve as the point of contact for platform upgrades, patches, and hot fixes.
Configure the o9 platform for post-go-live change requests and enhancements addressing supply chain and operational problems.
Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases.
Work on bugs and issues and track resolution progress using a support tool.
Support training for global super users and end users.
Provide customer feedback to development and operations teams to improve internal processes and product features.

At least 5 years of experience implementing planning applications.
Master’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Engineering, or a related field.
Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP.
Ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain knowledge.
Strong analytical ability to process large amounts of data and prioritize high-value opportunities or risks.
Ability to listen patiently, communicate viewpoints clearly, and manage customer expectations under pressure.
