Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistency and quality.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex technical problems for immediate and broader teams.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with organizational objectives.
- Ensure software solutions meet scalability, performance, maintainability, and business-alignment goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, React.js, GitHub Copilot (GHCP), and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and best practices.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software architectures.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
