Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable server-side applications, services, microservices, and supporting software components.
- Develop and maintain APIs and service interfaces integrating data platforms, applications, databases, and external systems.
- Build components supporting data ingestion, processing, querying, access, and analytics across distributed data environments.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot complex software issues, and implement security, authentication, authorization, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD activities, and Agile development ceremonies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and government stakeholders to deliver and sustain platform capabilities.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance, with willingness to obtain a CI poly.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of total professional experience in a technical support role.
- Demonstrated experience in software engineering, back-end application development, or a related technical discipline.
- Proficiency in at least one modern back-end language, such as Python, Java, Go, or C#, with production-quality software experience.
- Experience designing and developing server-side applications, distributed software components, and APIs.
- Proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Preferred experience with microservices, distributed applications, big data technologies, cloud platforms, containers, orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, automated testing, DevSecOps, application security, infrastructure as code, and Agile/Scrum development.
- Preferred experience supporting government, defense, intelligence, or other regulated environments.
