Base Salary
$194k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate production systems with real-world impact.
- Design relational data models and work with databases at scale.
- Collaborate with design, product, data, and care operations teams.
- Ensure high-quality final products through attention to detail and debugging.
- Mentor team members and contribute to an inclusive engineering culture.
- Identify and recommend improvements for process inefficiencies.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience with a track record of production systems.
- Experience designing relational data models and working with databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and service-oriented architectures.
- Experience with API design and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python or willingness to learn it.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like React, Typescript, and Tailwind.
- Experience using AI tooling for productivity in coding and deployment.
