Base Salary
$212k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for the Growth Engine, making architecture decisions.
- Write and review code, establishing engineering standards for quality and system health.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Design to translate growth objectives into platform capabilities.
- Advance the AI-assisted to autonomous roadmap through experimentation and staged rollout.
- Mentor engineers and promote a collaborative, inclusive culture.
- Collaborate with ML/AI and data platform teams to optimize campaign performance.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineering role.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Strong focus on efficiency, availability, and system quality.
- Proven ability to define product/technical strategy and align with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bonus: Experience with paid advertising platforms like Meta or Google.
