Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines across services and applications.
- Manage infrastructure as code and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes in production.
- Implement monitoring and alerting and support incident response and postmortems.
- Collaborate on access management, secrets, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Drive performance and scalability improvements across production systems.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
- Proficiency deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes in production, including pod lifecycle, CNI networking, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, RBAC, resource limits, and HPA/VPA.
- Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud platform: AWS, GCP, Azure, or DigitalOcean.
- Production deployment and operations experience from infrastructure setup through post-launch operations, including incident handling and system scaling.
- Proficiency with Linux command-line tools, Bash shell scripting, and core networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing, and TLS.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or an equivalent tool.
- Experience managing infrastructure with Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Understanding of metrics, logs, and traces, with familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent observability tools.
- Strong reading comprehension and written English communication for collaboration with the US team.
- Coding skills in Node.js, Go, or Python are a plus.
- Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other AI assistants is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, AWS, GCP, Azure, or HashiCorp certifications are a plus.
- SaaS experience serving international customers, open-source contributions, or a personal technical blog are a plus.
