Responsibilities
- Architect and lead end-to-end Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
- Design scalable and secure architectures covering environments, integrations, data, identity, governance, compliance, and operations.
- Lead Copilot and AI solution design with responsible AI, privacy, risk, and appropriate automation-versus-AI practices.
- Define governance, security, DLP, access controls, auditing, and ALM strategies for enterprise Power Platform environments.
- Design integrations using Power Platform, Azure services, APIs, and custom connectors.
- Guide low-code and pro-code extensibility in alignment with enterprise standards.
- Lead solution workshops, produce HLD/LLD artifacts, support delivery planning, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Define operational models, monitoring strategies, and post-go-live support runbooks.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
- Proven expertise architecting end-to-end Copilot Studio solutions, including orchestration, integrations, environments, and ALM.
- Strong solution architecture experience, including leading workshops, producing HLD/LLD artifacts, and supporting delivery planning.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform governance, security, compliance, DLP, identity, access controls, and auditing.
- Solid understanding of enterprise AI risk, privacy, and responsible AI practices for Copilot-based solutions.
- Ability to combine deep technical execution with advisory engagement for technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience designing integrations with Power Automate, APIs, custom connectors, or Azure services.
- Background supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Experience defining operational models, monitoring strategies, and post-go-live support or runbooks.
