Responsibilities
- Own partners’ technical strategy for their Cloud Solution Area.
- Lead development and activation of robust, scalable, secure partner offerings aligned with Microsoft Cloud priorities.
- Conduct architecture design sessions, proof-of-concepts, MVP builds, technical innovation workshops, technical briefings, and envisioning sessions.
- Provide architectural guidance, resolve technical blockers, and enable transformational sales engagements.
- Coach partner technical teams on pre-sales, deployment, consumption, and technical resilience.
- Build strategic relationships with partners and CXOs while fostering executive alignment.
- Guide cloud migrations, digital transformation, performance optimization, cost-efficiency, and scalable cloud adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, plus 7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree plus 12+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus 8+ years, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of customer-facing experience and 6+ years leading technical projects.
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, solution design, technical consulting, partner enablement, or technology solutions.
- Expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, cloud architecture, migration, optimization, security, AI infrastructure, Linux, PostgreSQL, AVS, or related technologies.
- Experience with architecture reviews, technical innovation workshops, SAP RISE deployments, practice development, and scalable cloud adoption initiatives.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience and relevant cloud certifications such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or security certifications.
Benefits
- Typical base pay range is CAD $128,000–$222,400 per year.
- Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled, and the posting will remain open for at least five days.
