Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver customer-facing strategy sessions, envisioning workshops, architecture design sessions, and rapid prototypes.
- Lead AI transformation journeys by identifying and prioritizing customer AI use cases and advising on current AI platform and technology trends.
- Own strategic AI transformation plans for targeted accounts and orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Design scalable, secure, and performance-optimized solution architectures based on customer requirements and established patterns and practices.
- Integrate capabilities across cloud platforms and optimize cross-platform technology integration.
- Build and maintain expertise in AI solutions, AI management and security, real-time intelligence, and application architecture.
- Create scalable, field-relevant technical assets and connect technical capabilities to sales opportunities and account teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 6+ years, or 7+ years of such experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or equivalent, including hands-on software architecture and development experience.
- Preferred: 8+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience.
- Preferred: 6+ years working with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, or technology management.
- Relevant technology or discipline certifications are preferred, including Office 365, Power BI, Azure architecture or development, cloud platforms, information security, or architecture certifications.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise architecture, consultative selling, requirements capture, prioritization, business-value analysis, risk and constraint identification, and design thinking or ideation facilitation.
- Preferred expertise includes designing, building, and deploying AI solutions with Azure AI services, networking, adjacent technologies, migrations, and industry standards.
- Highly proficient in GitHub and DevOps automation, with Python or another equivalent programming language experience.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry and agentic AI development is preferred.
