Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical design of Five9 solutions.
- Configure and implement Five9 Intelligent CX solutions across various channels.
- Design and build integrations using Five9 APIs and third-party platforms.
- Implement Five9 AI capabilities to enhance customer experience.
- Provide technical direction to application engineers and support testing phases.
- Produce documentation and lead technical handovers to client teams.
- Lead hyper-care post go-live to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
- Act as a technical advisor on Five9 capabilities during pre-sales activities.
- Contribute reusable assets and mentor engineers within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of contact center/CCaaS implementation experience with Five9.
- Hands-on expertise in configuring and deploying Five9 solutions.
- Experience designing integrations using Five9 APIs and CRM connectors.
- Comfort in customer-facing roles with strong advisory skills.
- Ability to produce technical design documentation and lead engineering teams.
- Familiarity with Five9 reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Working knowledge of web technologies and data formats for integrations.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
