Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary implementation lead and refinery lab subject matter expert during customer deployments.
- Partner with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and map real-world lab processes into system workflows.
- Guide project planning and execution to ensure on-time delivery, adoption, and long-term success.
- Configure LIMS/QC workflows to support refinery sample tracking and QC testing.
- Deliver structured training for lab teams across varying technical skill levels.
- Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues during implementation and go-live support.
- Support team standardization through templates, best practices, and reusable configuration patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of refinery, petrochemical, or industrial laboratory experience is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ASTM-aligned lab testing practices and quality systems.
- Prior experience in LIMS administration or implementation support is preferred.
- Strong communication and training skills are essential.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% across North America is required.
