Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale technology solutions.
- Conduct business and technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify requirements and solution strategies.
- Develop solution architectures supporting cloud-native, hybrid, and enterprise application environments.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the full software development lifecycle.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations regarding adoption.
- Support modernization initiatives involving cloud engineering and platform automation.
- Design solutions utilizing multiple data stores, including relational and NoSQL technologies.
- Develop architecture standards, interface standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Support implementation of enterprise data architecture and data governance strategies.
- Provide guidance regarding data integration and enterprise information architecture initiatives.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams.
- Present technical recommendations and architecture strategies to executive leadership.
- Support implementation of AI and machine learning capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
- Minimum of 7 years in a Solutions Architect or similar senior technical leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud solutions.
- Experience with AWS and familiarity with other major cloud providers.
- Strong experience leading software development initiatives utilizing Java, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Experience serving as a technical lead across the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience designing architectures utilizing SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration and information management principles.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
