Responsibilities
- Lead Web SDK integrations for global enterprise customers.
- Troubleshoot advanced browser, WebView, network, caching, security, and hybrid-environment issues end to end.
- Support Solution Engineers, R&D, and customers with technical expertise, root-cause analysis, and guidance on complex edge cases.
- Manage SDK configurations and version upgrades, including bootstrapping, NPM delivery, session continuity, and environment tuning.
- Create technical guides, best practices, and internal training for Solution Engineering teams.
- Ensure integrations are secure, resilient, and optimized across browsers, devices, and customer environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development, including ES6+, DOM APIs, and asynchronous patterns.
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, and production-grade web applications.
- Deep understanding of browser fundamentals, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, WebViews, event loops, and rendering behavior.
- Excellent knowledge of network mechanics, including headers, cookies, CORS, CSP, redirects, and caching layers.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multilayered web issues end to end.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- High proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Experience working in global, cross-time-zone environments and independently owning high-impact technical investigations.
- Experience integrating or supporting SDKs, libraries, or SaaS platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with mobile WebView behavior on iOS, Android, and hybrid apps is advantageous.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering groups and understanding of data collection or instrumentation frameworks are advantageous.
