Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product features and systems end-to-end, from architecture to launch.
- Lead technical decisions across the stack, balancing speed and quality.
- Build AI-powered interfaces and decision systems with high precision.
- Collaborate with founders on complex problems in fraud and risk.
- Scale products into new industries through rapid pilots and feedback.
- Improve engineering velocity by shaping internal tools and standards.
- Help define the technical foundation of the company as it grows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent.
- Strong opinions about product quality, system design, and code quality.
- Experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and ClickHouse.
- Ability to make pragmatic technical tradeoffs in fast-moving environments.
- Experience building reliable systems at scale and debugging production issues.
- Enjoy collaboration with product, design, and leadership teams.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship skills.
