Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product features and systems from architecture and implementation through launch and iteration
- Lead technical decisions across the stack while balancing speed, quality, maintainability, and scale
- Build real-time AI-powered interfaces and decision systems focused on precision and user trust
- Work with founders on fraud, abuse, and risk problems
- Scale the product into new industries and workflows through pilots, live demos, and feedback
- Improve engineering velocity through internal tools, patterns, and standards
- Help define the company’s technical foundation as it grows
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to ramp quickly in React/Next.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and ClickHouse
- Experience building reliable systems at scale and debugging production issues
- Ability to make pragmatic technical tradeoffs in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong judgment around product quality, system design, and code quality
- Interest in end-to-end ownership, technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration
