Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure resiliency efforts including recovery mechanisms and load spike handling.
- Improve observability and operability of systems.
- Build performance-critical, user-facing infrastructure for real-time event processing.
- Plan scaling initiatives to accommodate customer growth.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliable product features.
- Mentor fellow engineers on best practices in infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in the infrastructure domain.
- Strong problem-solving skills for debugging errors and performance issues.
- Ability to build scalable infrastructure for high-growth products.
- Experience in mentoring engineers on observability and risk mitigation.
