Responsibilities

Design, implement, and evolve CI/CD pipelines and enforce DevOps standards, tooling, and best practices.
Drive Infrastructure as Code and consistent environments across QA, staging, and production.
Own platform reliability, availability, performance, scalability, SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and reliability KPIs.
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and proactive reliability improvements.
Operate secure, cost-efficient, and resilient cloud infrastructure, including upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing frameworks while improving MTTD, MTTR, and system stability.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to DevOps and SRE engineers.
Define operating models, on-call processes, support structures, and platform governance.
Partner with application, data, AI/ML, product, security, and architecture teams on delivery and roadmap planning.
Act as the escalation point for platform and reliability issues.

B.Tech or M.Tech degree.
10–12+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
At least 3 years in a technical lead or senior ownership role.
Experience supporting production-critical platforms at scale.
Strong experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, containers, orchestration, observability, and scripting.
Strong capability in at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Ability to balance speed, stability, and governance, with strong ownership, collaboration, and communication skills.
