Base Salary
$140k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom integrations connecting Profound’s platform with enterprise systems.
- Write production-quality TypeScript, Python, and Next.js code for client-specific features.
- Architect secure, scalable solutions and optimize performance for clients processing millions of daily queries.
- Debug complex issues spanning customer infrastructure and Profound systems.
- Lead technical discussions, workshops, training sessions, proofs of concept, and architecture presentations for client stakeholders.
- Build data pipelines, dashboards, reporting solutions, and automation workflows connected to client business processes.
- Identify recurring customer needs, build reusable integration components and libraries, and contribute field insights to core product development.
- Document technical solutions and implementation guides while influencing the product roadmap.
- Build trusted relationships with technical champions, engineering teams, and C-suite executives at enterprise customers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience working with production systems.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
- Solid Python experience for backend development and data processing.
- Experience with REST APIs, system integration patterns, PostgreSQL, and time-series databases.
- Comfort working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients and presenting complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, customer focus, and ability to manage multiple client engagements.
- Experience or interest in Rust is preferred but not required.
- Ability to produce clean, maintainable, production-ready code and take end-to-end ownership of client relationships.
