Responsibilities
- Use infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and monitoring tooling to support reliable services.
- Troubleshoot incidents and failures, identify systemic issues, and implement fixes.
- Propose solutions to reduce operational toil.
- Lead incident resolution activities, documentation, and post-mortem analysis.
- Improve service request and change management processes through technical and stakeholder collaboration.
- Proactively mitigate security risks involving vulnerabilities in code, infrastructure, and dependencies.
- Lead client-facing discussions about SRE processes and opportunities to expand the SRE footprint.
- Coordinate with suppliers and third parties on support, requests, and opportunities.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call support.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience.
- Commercial experience and proficiency with industry-standard infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and monitoring tooling.
- Experience with at least one of .NET, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience troubleshooting incidents, identifying systemic failures, and implementing fixes.
- SRE Foundation certification from DevOps Institute and an Azure Associate-level certification are beneficial or may be required during probation.
