$110k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack features across the Sharebite product.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s systems, data models, business logic, and operational workflows.
- Identify high-leverage opportunities to automate manual work.
- Design and build AI agents and automated workflows using modern AI tooling.
- Integrate LLMs into reliable, production-safe product workflows.
- Evaluate, iterate on, and improve AI systems based on real-world performance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve user-facing problems.
- Help define effective and responsible AI engineering practices at Sharebite.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience with the ability to own features end to end.
- 1–2 years of hands-on AI engineering experience building and shipping LLM-powered systems in production.
- Experience with at least one AI orchestration framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS Bedrock.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and agent frameworks.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in system design, testing, debugging, and clean code practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work across product and engineering teams.
