Base Salary
$110k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack features across the product.
- Develop a thorough understanding of systems, data models, and business logic.
- Identify high-leverage automation opportunities.
- Design and build AI agents and automated workflows using modern AI tooling.
- Integrate LLMs into product workflows reliably.
- Evaluate, iterate, and improve AI systems based on performance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve user-facing problems.
- Help define effective, responsible AI engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with end-to-end feature ownership.
- 1–2 years of hands-on AI engineering experience with LLM-powered systems.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or AWS Bedrock.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including system design and clean code practices.
- Clear communication skills for collaboration across teams.
