Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions across AWS cloud, APIs, Pega, and DevOps environments.
- Develop and maintain APIs using Node.js, Express.js, AWS Lambda, and related services.
- Create, enhance, and support Pega workflows, integrations, and applications.
- Provide production support across AWS and Pega platforms and resolve incidents.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Git, and deployment automation tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and operations teams to shape solutions and deliver business outcomes.
- Conduct code reviews, document solutions, reduce technical debt, and promote engineering best practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, resilience, availability, and operational effectiveness.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, debugging, code quality, and delivery speed.
Requirements
- At least eight years of experience in IT or software engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering enterprise solutions and designing, developing, deploying, and supporting AWS cloud applications.
- Proficiency in API development using Node.js, Express.js, RESTful services, and AWS Lambda.
- Practical experience with Pega workflows, APIs, integrations, and production support.
- Understanding of DevOps and release management, including CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Git, build automation, and deployment practices.
- Experience with application support, incident resolution, troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration.
- Interest in AI-assisted development, cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, Agile delivery, accessibility, and enterprise UI practices.
