Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services to help clients implement effective solutions.
- Translate customer needs and business requirements into technology and business solutions.
- Lead discussions on transformation initiatives, customer journeys, and functional or application designs.
- Identify integration challenges and develop approaches to resolve them.
- Design and implement scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
- Perform monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning in complex environments.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering is required.
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles and best practices.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
- Experience with monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning in complex environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for operational efficiency.
- JavaScript experience is preferred.
- Python experience is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
