Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP RE-FX Contract and Lease Management processes.
- Configure lease-in and lease-out contracts, Right-of-Use assets, service charge settlements, and rent condition adjustments.
- Define and manage CLM master data including business entities, rental objects, and contract objects.
- Oversee the lifecycle of lease contracts, including creation, renewals, terminations, and critical date management.
- Configure automated postings for lease liabilities and implement contract condition adjustments.
- Integrate SAP RE-FX CLM with SAP FI, CO, and AA.
- Write functional specifications and support solution implementation and optimization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in SAP RE-FX CLM.
- Experience in at least one implementation project.
- Must-have expertise in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Knowledge of IFRS 16 and ASC 842 lease accounting standards.
