Base Salary
$89k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade conversational and Agentic AI applications.
- Develop Python-based applications and integrate REST APIs, enterprise systems, databases, CRM, and contact-center platforms.
- Build agents with Gemini, Vertex AI, Google ADK, and applicable agent frameworks.
- Implement tool and function calling, workflows, state and context management, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, embeddings, and enterprise grounding.
- Develop full-stack components, secure authentication, IAM, secrets management, and service-to-service communication.
- Deploy applications using GCP services and implement evaluation, tracing, observability, guardrails, and regression testing.
- Diagnose production issues across agent logic, prompts, retrieval, tools, APIs, infrastructure, and distributed services.
- Rapidly prototype technical solutions and evolve validated prototypes toward production readiness.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Python and software engineering skills.
- Experience developing Gemini and generative AI applications using Vertex AI and Google ADK.
- Experience with Agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, MCP, A2A, RAG, embeddings, and enterprise grounding.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, streaming and real-time APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience deploying applications on GCP and applying IAM and security fundamentals.
- Experience with CES/GECX modernization, contact-center or CCaaS integration, telephony integrations, and production conversational AI.
- Experience with agent evaluation, observability, and troubleshooting production systems.
