Base Salary
$101k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own embedded technical workstreams from requirements through deployed output.
- Build and maintain AI workflows, data pipelines, and platform configurations used by client teams.
- Partner with client engineers, data leads, and technical project managers.
- Drive platform adoption through pairing, enablement, and documentation.
- Mentor Consultant-level team members on delivery quality and client engagement.
- Deliver working software that client teams adopt and use in complex client environments.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in forward-deployed, embedded, or client-facing engineering roles.
- Production-level Python and SQL experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience configuring Palantir Foundry, including ontologies, pipelines, and applications, or equivalent enterprise platforms.
- Strong AI and generative AI literacy and understanding of enterprise transformation applications.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous client environments and self-manage delivery.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles including ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
- Track record of delivering working software adopted and used by client teams.
- Ability to collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design and mentor consultant-level colleagues.
