Base Salary
$196k - $294k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own core Dashboard infrastructure including navigation and layout systems.
- Architect and implement backend services and APIs for personalization and notifications.
- Drive performance optimization to ensure instant interactions.
- Develop agent-facing surfaces for error handling and user guidance.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate their pages into the Dashboard.
- Ship features incrementally and continuously improve the product.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer building user-facing products.
- Strong skills in modern frontend technologies like React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Experience building products for developers or technical users.
- Ability to think in systems and create reusable abstractions.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of turning rough problem statements into code.
- Experience using AI tools in development workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
