Base Salary
$230k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and ship full-stack features across resident-facing interfaces and backend services
- Build the configuration layer that supports different municipal setups without customer-specific hardcoding
- Own product areas end-to-end with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and performance
- Use customer feedback and production data to prioritize improvements
- Contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-stack development experience building enterprise and/or consumer applications
- Experience owning a large product area end-to-end and remaining accountable for shipped outcomes
- Strong preference for experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Interest in working with the latest AI models in the product and development workflow
- Strong product instincts and ability to understand customer problems
- Comfort with technically varied work such as GIS edge cases and fee-schedule logic
- Alignment with GovWell’s core values
