Base Salary
$230k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and ship full-stack features across resident-facing interfaces and backend government workflow services
- Develop the configuration layer that supports thousands of different municipal setups without hardcoded customer-specific logic
- Own product areas end to end with attention to reliability, maintainability, and performance
- Use customer feedback and production data to prioritize improvements
- Contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews that shape engineering practices
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-stack development experience building enterprise and/or consumer applications
- Strong preference for experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Experience owning a large product area end to end and remaining accountable for shipped results
- Interest in working with current AI models in the product and development workflow
- Strong product instincts and ability to understand customer problems beyond ticket descriptions
- Willingness to work on varied technical domains including GIS edge cases and fee-schedule logic
