Base Salary

$168k - $227k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement generative AI workflows for intelligent automation in field sales operations.
  • Develop and optimize large-scale data pipelines synchronizing account data across Salesforce, AWSentral, and Partner Tools.
  • Drive signals architecture and entity resolution improvements for account data quality and coverage.
  • Build APIs and services that encode operational best practices and reduce manual work.
  • Own feature delivery from design through deployment in an agile environment.
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct design and code reviews, and raise engineering standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and improve monitoring, alerting, operational excellence, and incident response.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 5 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading design or architecture for new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • Experience as a mentor, technical lead, or engineering team lead.
  • Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development life-cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
