Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Salesforce Core platform subject matter expert supporting enterprise project delivery and Agentforce readiness.
- Design scalable enterprise architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
- Create technical design documents, blueprints, functional specifications, data flows, system diagrams, and other technical artifacts.
- Define data models, sharing and security architecture, governance, multi-org strategies, and integration approaches.
- Provide guidance on integration development, enterprise architecture standards, environment management, and coding standards for Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Lead code reviews, solution testing, validation, technical meetings, and resolution of complex customer implementation issues.
- Engage executive customer stakeholders and align technology strategy with business value and return on investment.
- Travel to client sites for discovery sessions and solution presentations, estimated at 25%.
Requirements
- Fluent English and French are required.
- Direct experience designing and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or another Salesforce Core solution for enterprise use cases is required.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, sharing and security architecture, governor limits, metadata, declarative-versus-programmatic trade-offs, and multi-org strategy is required.
- Ability to document solutions clearly, translate client requirements into Salesforce solutions, and map business processes to the Salesforce product suite is required.
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Platform Events API patterns and experience integrating Salesforce with business systems are required.
- Ability to lead inter-team discussions and conduct solution testing and validation is required.
- An engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and the broader Lightning Platform.
- Preferred qualifications include 8+ years in solution or technical architecture or consulting, focused on enterprise application design and complex integrations.
- Familiarity with Agentforce, Salesforce automation and AI tooling, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, Data Cloud, Finance, Telco, or Retail is preferred.
- Application/System Architect credentials, six or more Core certifications, Agentforce Specialist certification, and Data 360 certification are preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, visual, executive-level communication, independent working ability, adaptability, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
