Solution Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Design and architect scalable, high-quality solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Assess business objectives, formulate solution options, and connect business requirements with application capabilities.
- Support project planning and drive partner support during software implementation engagements.
- Stay current on Salesforce features and best practices to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience understanding customer processes and connecting business requirements with application capabilities.
- Extensive experience assessing business objectives, formulating solution options, driving partner support, and supporting the software implementation lifecycle.
- Effective communication skills across a variety of audiences and situations.
- Five relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Preferred: experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, increasing responsibility and guidance of junior consultants, CRM or ERP exposure, and a passion for Salesforce’s AI ecosystem.
