Responsibilities
- Support clients from business-case development through implementation of MES/MOM and digital transformation solutions.
- Define MOM strategies, digital transformation roadmaps, functional and technical specifications, and MES architectures.
- Perform Fit/Gap analyses, integrate MES solutions with existing information systems, and maintain manufacturing instructions, recipes, and reference data.
- Test, validate, optimize, deploy, and support digital work instructions and MES solutions at client sites.
- Train users, resolve incidents, support adoption, transfer knowledge, and contribute to change management.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare data for AI development and design, develop, and train machine learning and deep learning models.
- Develop generative AI solutions based on LLMs, design RAG architectures, and monitor and improve model performance.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business teams, document technical solutions, and ensure security, governance, and data-quality compliance.
Requirements
- Bac+5 in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Significant experience with MES/MOM, Smart Manufacturing, or Industrie 4.0 projects.
- Good understanding of industrial processes and production systems.
- Experience developing AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions.
- Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, NLP, computer vision, MLOps, data engineering, feature engineering, model deployment, and AI governance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
