Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of software solutions in collaboration with the development team.
- Design and implement automated testing activities and support quality engineering through appropriate tooling.
- Create and implement end-to-end test plans at the project level.
- Act as the interface between the client and the test team.
- Coach and mentor team members while managing people and client relationships.
Requirements
- Experience leading quality engineering activities.
- Experience with software testing, test automation, programming, and deploying software.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Ability to create and implement end-to-end test plans.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
