Base Salary

$130k - $155k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable applications using .NET and modern front-end frameworks.
Build and optimize APIs and microservices and integrate front-end and back-end components.
Develop responsive React.js user interfaces and optimize cross-browser compatibility and performance.
Work with relational databases and efficient SQL queries while maintaining data integrity.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, data handling, and application security practices.
Shape system architecture, guide design decisions, and optimize services for scalability, performance, and security.
Establish coding standards, mentor developers, lead technical discussions, and conduct code reviews.
Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Break down complex technical work, serve as a technical point of contact, and manage technical risks.
Participate in planning, Agile ceremonies, change-control processes, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10–12+ years of professional full-stack development experience with C# and .NET.
Strong proficiency with React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Expertise with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development.
Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and Postgres and with efficient SQL queries.
Experience with modern front-end build and packaging tools and with hosting applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines and using version control systems such as Git.
Experience implementing application security practices and handling sensitive or regulated data such as PII.
Familiarity with SAST, SCA, and DAST code-security scanning tools.
Proven technical leadership, architecture, mentoring, coding-standards, code-review, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Preferred experience with Azure Service Fabric or similar microservices platforms, cloud deployment strategies, CI/CD orchestration, testing practices, NoSQL databases, and containerization tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, attention-to-detail, and adaptability skills.

Five-day-per-week in-office work arrangement at AIR’s Denver headquarters in the Denver Tech Center.
Annual bonus opportunity in addition to base salary.
