Base Salary
$212k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision for the content platform.
- Lead the full development cycle including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in code and design reviews to enhance technical quality.
- Mentor engineers and promote a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, creative, and design teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master/PhD’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Expertise in backend systems with large-scale service-oriented architecture.
- Experience in architecting and developing agentic systems.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, LangGraph, GraphQL, and databases.
- Strong communication skills and experience driving cross-team initiatives.
