Base Salary
$124k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Research, design, develop, and deploy advanced AI agents and agentic systems.
- Architect and implement multi-agent systems with planning, decision-making, and execution capabilities.
- Develop and integrate large language models and other AI techniques to improve agent autonomy.
- Build scalable and reliable infrastructure for deploying and operating AI agents.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex distributed environments and optimize system performance.
- Use enterprise data, market data, and user interactions to create personalized agent experiences.
- Contribute to Copilot GenAI Workflows for chat-like command execution.
- Share knowledge and stay current with AI research and agentic AI advancements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, generative AI, large language models, and natural language processing.
- Understanding of agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, and autonomous systems.
- Experience with large language models and their applications in agentic AI.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of distributed system design patterns and microservices architecture.
- Demonstrable coding, algorithms, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
- At least 1–3+ years of relevant machine learning work experience.
- Preferred: research experience in agentic AI or related fields and experience deploying AI agents in real-world applications.
