Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain backend infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and production reliability.
- Manage AWS and AliCloud infrastructure, including performance optimization, cost management, and operational operations.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain Kubernetes clusters, distributed backend systems, and supporting infrastructure services.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Support backend service deployment, troubleshooting, and production operations in collaboration with software engineers.
- Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
- Implement infrastructure security best practices and monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions.
- Develop internal DevOps platforms and automation tools to improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency.
- Research and integrate AI technologies for intelligent alert analysis, ChatOps, and operational automation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Kafka and Redis operations experience in large-scale production environments.
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, or Java, plus SQL programming experience.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization and orchestration.
- Strong experience with GitHub Actions, Ansible, Terraform, or similar CI/CD and infrastructure automation tools.
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS; GCP, Azure, or AliCloud experience is a plus.
- Practical experience building or operating AIOps systems, including anomaly detection, alert correlation, automated healing, or root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with LLM-based DevOps automation, such as chat-based operations assistants or AI-driven observability workflows.
- Experience using or integrating Dify, Agno, or LangChain into operational workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
