Responsibilities
- Handle production incidents and perform post-mortem analysis to improve system stability.
- Design, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Kafka and Redis clusters in production.
- Work with development teams to enable seamless application and system deployments.
- Manage and optimize AWS and Alicloud cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and reliability.
- Develop DevOps platforms including online load testing and change management systems.
- Apply OpenAI, Dify, Agno, and LangChain to infrastructure automation, alert triage, root-cause analysis, and ChatOps.
- Integrate AI-driven insights into operational processes to improve reliability, reduce noise, and support engineering decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Kafka and Redis operations experience in large-scale production environments, including collaboration with developers on code optimization.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with SQL programming experience.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with GitHub Actions, Ansible, and Terraform.
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS; GCP, Azure, or Alicloud experience is a plus.
- Experience building or operating AIOps systems such as anomaly detection, alert correlation, automated healing, or RCA.
- Familiarity with LLM-based DevOps automation and AI-driven observability workflows.
- Experience using or integrating Dify, Agno, or LangChain into operational workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
