Responsibilities
- Set and drive the long-term technical vision and roadmap for Agentic SDLC solutions.
- Lead architecture and design decisions across multiple systems, codebases, and organizational boundaries.
- Partner with product and engineering managers on strategy, team allocation, tradeoffs, and project sequencing.
- Collaborate with design, customer experience, finance, business operations, and marketing stakeholders.
- Build hands-on prototypes to validate technical and product strategies.
- Drive organizational adoption, evaluation, monitoring, distribution, evangelism, and cost management for AI developer tooling.
- Improve developer productivity through metrics tracking, evaluation, and large-scale systemic change.
- Champion high-quality engineering, experimentation, ownership, and organizational learning.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated impact at the staff, senior staff, or principal level.
- Deep expertise in AI development tools and frameworks such as Claude Code, Cursor, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Advanced systems design and software architecture skills across complex codebases.
- Expertise designing AWS cloud infrastructure and services for high availability, enterprise-grade security, massive scale, and operational cost management.
- Deep familiarity with developer productivity metrics, evaluation, and systemic improvement.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills for translating technical ambiguity into actionable strategies.
- A related technical degree is required.
- Experience with Slack is preferred.
- Leadership experience in Developer Experience, platform engineering, or internal developer tooling is preferred.
