Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
- Architect and maintain secure infrastructure using Kubernetes and containerization best practices.
- Drive the adoption of infrastructure as code and automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to deliver platform improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and set standards for the DevSecOps discipline.
- Embed security controls throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Champion AI-assisted development practices to modernize engineering workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and container orchestration.
- Experience with regulated compliance frameworks like HIPAA, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tooling and agentic workflows.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
