Base Salary
$196k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver full-stack features across frontend, server-side, and database tiers
- Architect scalable, resilient, cloud-native solutions on Azure
- Own delivery pipelines and feature flags for reliable integration and deployment
- Lead unit, integration, performance, and security testing
- Own reliability across development, test, and production environments using observability and logging
- Mentor engineers, lead technical design and code reviews, and set technical direction
- Configure no/low-code bank connectors for leading financial institutions
- Participate in the team's you-build-it-you-run-it model, including the on-call pager rotation
- Drive improvements to engineering operations, processes, methodologies, and technology choices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- At least 8 years of hands-on application development experience
- Expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, Azure services, and Azure DevOps
- Strong experience building Angular and TypeScript web applications and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks
- Experience designing cloud architectures and building robust solutions in complex distributed systems
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of unit, integration, performance, and security testing, with familiarity with TDD and BDD practices
- Proven ability to mentor engineers, influence across teams, lead technical design and code reviews, and drive continuous improvement
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and understanding Windows operating system principles
- Financial industry experience is a plus
