Responsibilities
- Lead architectural decisions for migrating legacy .NET applications to a multitenant framework.
- Champion clean code principles and drive technical roadmaps to reduce technical debt.
- Evaluate and introduce tools and frameworks to enhance developer experience and system reliability.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pairing and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Conduct constructive code reviews and define coding standards across the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical estimates.
- Work with data engineers on backend data pipelines and warehouse integrations.
- Apply test-driven development and maintain test suites for confidence in deployments.
- Lead sprint ceremonies and produce high-quality technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on .NET.
- .NET proficiency, including ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core.
- Experience modernizing legacy web applications from monolithic to modern architectures.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Clear understanding of single-tenancy vs. multi-tenancy architecture patterns.
- Experience with test-driven development and strong testing philosophy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.
