Principal, AI Solutions
Higher LogicResponsibilities
- Advise functional leaders and subject matter experts on identifying business friction and translating opportunities into AI-enabled solutions.
- Lead end-to-end discovery, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of AI agents, skills, workflows, automations, prompt-based solutions, and related tools.
- Partner with end users and functional stakeholders to understand workflows, validate requirements, support adoption, and incorporate change management into solution rollouts.
- Develop reusable solution patterns, playbooks, templates, documentation, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the AI Transformation Lead, technology partners, and stakeholders on dependencies, data access, infrastructure needs, and enterprise alignment.
- Evaluate solution effectiveness using user feedback, adoption, business outcomes, and other available measures.
- Stay current on AI capabilities, techniques, and evolving practices and assess their application to business workflows.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with applied artificial intelligence concepts and tools, including AI agents, skills, workflow automation, and prompt-based solutions.
- Ability to translate ambiguous or complex business problems into clear requirements, solution concepts, and working deliverables.
- Product-oriented mindset balancing user needs, business value, feasibility, speed, and scalability.
- Ability to build and iterate solutions quickly while maintaining quality, documentation, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills for managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of change management principles and human factors affecting technology adoption.
- Ability to identify patterns across business functions and turn successful approaches into reusable solutions and practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across a centralized AI Transformation team and multiple business functions.
- Product management, project management, business analytics, GTM strategy, consulting, or transformation experience is a plus.
