Base Salary
$250k - $413k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core backend systems for APIs, messaging, personalization, sign-up, partnerships, payments, and billing.
- Solve complex problems in scalable, highly available distributed systems.
- Drive features or components through the full development lifecycle from requirements identification to production launch.
- Develop, debug, test, and operate APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-based services.
- Work independently, prioritize effectively, and focus on high-impact outcomes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming and a commitment to efficient, maintainable, and testable code.
- Solid foundation in computer science and software development concepts.
- Experience or exposure to developing, debugging, testing, and operating APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-based services.
- Ability to work independently and drive features or components through production.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-direction, effective prioritization, kindness, and high-quality work.
