Base Salary
$388k - $558k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build agent platform primitives, including frameworks, tool and skill registries, orchestration runtimes, memory and retrieval systems, and evaluation harnesses.
- Define APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns for enterprise teams building agent use cases.
- Build tool and function-calling, planning and orchestration, memory, and retrieval subsystems.
- Explore entity and knowledge graphs as shared grounding and context layers for platform agents.
- Partner with domain teams to shape use cases, platform building blocks, and roadmap.
- Own platform reliability, evaluation and observability tooling, and inherited guardrails.
- Rapidly prototype, launch, and evolve systems into reusable platform primitives.
Requirements
- Hands-on enterprise GenAI experience beyond coding assistants or developer tools, including customer-facing, partner-facing, or internal process automation use cases.
- Experience building platforms, frameworks, or SDKs consumed by other engineering teams.
- A demonstrated track record of rapidly shipping new systems and working effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including production systems, API and SDK design, and backend engineering.
- Experience with tool or function calling, orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt or context engineering.
- Preferred experience with entity or knowledge graphs, graph databases, graph-based retrieval, or graph-augmented RAG.
- Preferred experience with SpringAI, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or comparable orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred familiarity with LLM or agent evaluation frameworks and advertising or marketing technology.

- Annual salary range of $388,000.00–$558,000.00 with compensation selectable between salary and stock options; no bonuses.
