Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications and robust automations for Central Operations.
- Ship features used daily by Operations teams across Cards, Loans, and Motor products.
- Develop internal admin tools and improve operational workflows and user experience.
- Use AI and LLMs pragmatically to support Operations agents and automate manual work.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Operations teams.
- Contribute to technical direction through design, implementation, testing, and code review.
Requirements
- Solid experience using Python in a web application context, preferably with FastAPI; Django or Flask experience is also relevant.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and a modern framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js; Lendable generally uses React and NextJS.
- Strong engineering principles and practices, including design patterns, testing, clean code, and code review.
- Previous experience working in a product-focused team.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and experiment with Generative AI and LLMs.
- Experience with AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude is a plus.
- Exposure to Domain Driven Design, Message-Driven Systems, Event Sourcing, AWS, SQL, Argo, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CSS, or Tailwind is a plus.
